I remember when my mom used to make Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes when I was little. My girls eat pancakes no matter how I make them, but I still like to spark up my creativity. This is my latest pancake creation. Kallyn was super estatic about being able to eat her name! But Kallyn thought the "N" looked more like an elephant. I think I can see it, but it just looks like an "N" made from the last scrapings of the bowl.

I don't know what you use to make yours, but I just saw this suggestion somewhere to use a ketchup bottle from the dollar store and cut the tip open fairly wide and then it's super easy to make intricate shapes and letters out of pancake batter. But then you may not get cool things like elephant N's!
